Better sidebar with IMAP

The sidebar in mutt-ng now honors the imap_home_namespace configuration parameter. When you set this parameter correctly, you will have a sidebar that will take up less space and provider a better overview and readability. But see below.

This is how mutt-ng looked before and how it still does when you don't set the imap_home_namespace:

And this is how mutt-ng looks now, when the imap_home_namespace is set to "INBOX":

Mmm... just out of curiosity, what's the program you use to have different virtual terminals? Is it just screen?

Yes, that's screen, with hardstatus alwayslastline "%c | %Y%m%d | %w" in .screenrc.
